Our Vision
At Ayurveda & Acupuncture Wellness, our goal is to nurture and support the entire body-mind balance of the individual while addressing each person's specific needs.
We believe prevention is key and invite our clients to fully participate in assisting their body to express its innate wisdom towards health. A deep personal commitment to an individual’s healing journey assists in this process and ensure that optimal results are achieved. |
“Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” |
Our Approach
Using ancient Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine, we teach people how to fish. Through a combination of nutrition, lifestyle changes, yoga, meditation and breathing techniques, we help guide the client to achieve a healthier state of being. We treat the individual as a whole, addressing the root causes of health issues, not just the symptoms. Our approach is multi-fold, addressing the unique mind - body - spirit needs of each person.
